Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine all other ingredients, except flour, with yeast and water.
Cottage cheese should be at room temperature.
Soak a few minutes.
Add flour; mix with spoon. Cover.
Let rise in warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stir down and put in well-greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush while warm with 1 tablespoon butter and salt the top. Remove from dish, cut and serve warm.
