Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. fine grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix in mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until firm in pan.
Makes 3 layers.
