Kellogg Ladies Of Elks Pie Crust For Our Pasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 egg, beaten with fork
    water
    Crisco oil
    1 c. Crisco
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Put egg in cup and mix with fork; add oil to measure 1/2 cup. Fill to full cup with water.
    Add shortening and salt; mix.
    Will make 3 to 4 (9-inch) pie crusts.
