Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except carrots and pecans).
Beat until smooth.
Fold by hand in carrots and pecans.
Bake in greased and floured round cake pans at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
