Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. crumbled cornbread
    3 1/2 c. crumbled biscuits
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 or 3 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. hot chicken broth
    2 c. chicken
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Remove from bones.
    Save broth.
    Saute onion and celery in melted butter.
    Add to crumb mixture.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
