Aunt Belle'S Chicken Noodles(Heritage) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
flour to take up
1/2 chicken and broth
Preparation

In a bowl, beat egg and add enough sifted flour with salt to make a stiff dough.
Place on lightly floured board and roll very thin.
Flour top of pastry and roll into long roll.
Cut in rounds.
To one quart of seasoned chicken broth, heated to a boil, drop the rolled noodles and cook for one hour.
Serve with chicken which has been removed from bone and placed on platter.
