Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. hot milk
3 c. fruit
2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk and let stand 4 minutes.
Add hot milk and process in blender 2 minutes. Gradually add fruit, sugar and vanilla.
Process until smooth.
Pour into bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Fold chilled gelatin mixture into whipped cream.
Pour into an 8-inch baking pan.
Freeze until firm.
