Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. melted butter
3 large eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cornstarch, butter and eggs.
Beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended and uniform.
Add the buttermilk and mix well.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until set and brown on top.
Serves 6 to 8.
