Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
4 c. shredded carrots
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
1/2 c. margarine (soft)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add to eggs mixed well with oil.
Blend in carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool.
Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
