Ingredients

4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. Minute rice
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
Add rice and raisins.
Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. For chilled pudding, place plastic wrap on surface of hot pudding. Chill about 1 hour. Stir before serving. Sprinkle
with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm.
