Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. sour milk
    2 eggs
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Save 3/4 cup of the mixture for top crumbs.
    To remainder, add baking powder, eggs, soda, sour milk and cinnamon.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
