Lemon-Blueberry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 egg whites
    1 (9-oz.) carton frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed (1 1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    few drops vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in lemon peel, lemon juice and 3/4 cup cold water.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add unbeaten egg whites to gelatin mixture.
    Beat with electric mixer until mixture is light and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Pour into 8 (5-ounce) custard cups.
    Chill until firm. (Slight separation into layers may occur.)
