Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can yams, drained
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. crushed pecans
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine yams, egg, sugar, milk, margarine, vanilla and 1/2 cup pecans in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into a 9-inch square casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup pecans and marshmallows.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until brown.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
