White Meat Loaf With Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2 c. freshly made whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 stalk celery, minced
    1/3 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped, fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh sage, chopped fine or 1/2 tsp. dried
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover tomatoes with water.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove from water and chop.
    Mix tomatoes with remaining ingredients.
    Season with pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
    Place in a nonstick loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until juices run clear when a knife is inserted into the center.
