Krispy Lunch Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25-30 cucumbers, sliced
    8 large white onions, sliced
    2 large sweet peppers, sliced
    1/2 c. pickling salt
    5 c. cider vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, onions, peppers and pickling salt.
    Let stand 3 plus hours, then drain.
    Combine sugar, mustard seed, turmeric and cloves.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add to first mixture. Heat thoroughly.
    Do Not Boil!
    Place in jars and seal. SWEET PICKLES FROM DILLS
