Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. raw zucchini, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, sugar, vanilla, eggs and oil.
    Mix in dry ingredients
    and
    nuts.
    Bake
    in 2 prepared loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
