Kaiserschmarrn(The Emperor'S Omelet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with sugar until light and pale.
    Combine flour and salt.
    Add to egg mixture alternately with the milk, beating well after each addition.
    The batter should be smooth.
    Add raisins.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter.
