Ingredients

12 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 1/2 Cubes Melted Butter
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/3 to 1 1/2 c. Flour
Preparation

Beat the eggs and add the milk, butter, sugar and salt.
Mix in flour and beat.
The butter will get cold, so it will look a little lumpy.
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Pour approximately 1/3 cup (or a little more if your skillet is larger) into the pan.
Tip the pan so the batter covers the bottom in a thin layer.
Fry until slightly brown on one side and flip to brown on the other.
Keep warm in a 250\u00b0 oven between layers of towel on a platter.
Serve with butter, cane sugar, powdered sugar or lingonberry butter.
