Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. ground green tomatoes
6 c. ground cucumbers
1/2 c. ground onion
2 red peppers, ground
1 green pepper, ground
5 c. sugar
1 scant c. salt
3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
-
Mix together the first 3 ingredients.
Grind night before. Add salt.
Drain in the morning.
Add peppers (red and green), sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and turmeric.
Heat all together 20 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
