Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
7 c. plain flour
Preparation
-
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add cold water and boiling water, 2 cups flour and the yeast mixture.
Beat well and add remaining flour.
Mix well.
May refrigerate and use as needed or let rise until double.
Work down and make out into rolls.
Let rise.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
