Vegetable Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; squeeze out with hands. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve as a dip, a ball with crackers or a sandwich spread.
