Grandma Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    potatoes
    1 medium-size onion, chopped coarse
Preparation
    Melt bacon drippings into large heavy skillet.
    Slice enough potatoes to fill skillet full.
    Add a medium-size onion, chopped coarse.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring with spatula and letting potatoes brown.
    Cover skillet.
    Add hot water as needed, in small amounts.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    This is so good for breakfast with sausage or bacon and cream gravy and biscuits.
