Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 pt. milk
1 c. pumpkin sauce
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
Preparation

Heat milk to boiling point.
While milk is heating, mix together pumpkin, flour, sugar, salt and egg yolks.
Add the boiling milk, beat egg whites and add to the rest.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat gradually to 300\u00b0 and bake until firm.
