Lemon Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 to 3 tsp. tarragon
1 to 3 tsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 cut-up fryer chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation

Marinate chicken in first 9 ingredients at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill over hot coals, 45 to 60 minutes.
Baste frequently.
Cook until juice is clear and meat is white.
