Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 large eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano (can be omitted)
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, onion, cheese, Bisquick and seasonings well in a large bowl.
    Pour into a well-greased casserole.
    Beat eggs and oil together; pour over zucchini mixture, blending well.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Freezes and reheats well.
