Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. unsweetened wheat germ
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine oats, coconut, almonds, sesame seed, sunflower seeds and wheat germ in a large bowl. Combine honey and oil. Stir into oat mixture. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir with spatula every 15 minutes. Cool and store in tightly covered container. Serve as a snack or a topping for fruit.
