Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin

Preparation

Sift together first 3 ingredients.
Cut in margarine and shortening.
Add milk and beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs and pumpkin. Beat 1 minute.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn upside down for 10 minutes on cake rack.
Remove pan.
