Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. zucchini, grated very fine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour (sifted)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add next 4 ingredients, already mixed.
    Mix lightly, then beat well.
    In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Mix well, then add to egg mixture, 1 cup at a time.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 cup walnuts.
    Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pan at once.
