Coffee Tortoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. almonds, toasted and chopped (optional)
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. toasted coconut (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. instant coffee
Preparation
    Whip the whipping cream with 1/4 cup sugar and both of the extracts.
    Combine the egg white and the coffee and whip until the egg white is fluffy.
    Gradually add the 2 teaspoons sugar.
    Fold together the cream mixture, the whipped egg white, the toasted coconut and almonds.
    Spoon the mixture into fluted paper cups. Sprinkle these with additional toasted coconut, if desired. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.
