Super Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 medium white onion, diced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 c. broccoli pieces
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a large covered nonstick skillet, heat oil, garlic and Italian seasoning over medium heat.
    Add chicken.
    Cook 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
    Meanwhile, dice onion and cut broccoli.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes and onion.
    Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add broccoli, then cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve with parboiled rice or noodles.
