Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c. cooked carrots
1 1/2 c. cooked peas
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Dissolve bouillon in hot water; stir into flour mixture.
Add milk.
Stir over medium heat until thickened.
Combine sauce with chicken and vegetables and heat through.
Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
Arrange biscuits on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until biscuits brown.
Serve immediately.
