Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated raw zucchini
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Beat well.
Add vanilla and milk.
Blend well.
Sift dry ingredients and add slowly to creamy mixture.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch tin.
Sprinkle with chocolate bits and chopped walnuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
