Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/2 pkg. crushed soda crackers
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer ingredients in order in a 8 inch dish. Squash, onion, cheese then crackers make two layers. Beat eggs and mix with milk pour over crackers. Pour melted butter over top. bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
