Mexican Hat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. chili mix
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    4 to 6 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 pkg. Fritos
    chopped lettuce
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add chili mix.
    Blend Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese soup.
    Mix well.
    Place rice on plate.
    Top with meat mixture, then Fritos, lettuce and then tomato.
    Spoon on heated cheese sauce.
