Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 skinned, deboned chicken breasts, cut in half
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix the mustard and wine to a dipping consistency with a whip.
Combine bread crumbs with cheese in a large plastic baggie.
Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then shake in bread crumb mixture.
Bake on a greased foil, covered, baking sheet for 30 minutes or until coating is brown and crispy.
Best served hot.
