Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

1 3/4 lb. chicken
1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. ripe olives, diced
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
grated Parmesan cheese
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green olives, diced
4 Tbsp. sherry
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken; cut into bite size pieces.
Cook spaghetti; set aside.
Saute green pepper, onion, celery and both kinds of olives in butter.
Combine vegetables and chicken.
Mix the sherry, soup and broth.
Combine with chicken and vegetable mixture and cooked spaghetti.
Put in large baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
