White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. nuts, chopped
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 c. whole candied cherries
    3 small jars candied pineapple
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Add lemon and vanilla.
    Add flour to batter (reserving a little to coat fruits and nuts).
    Mix well.
    Add cherries, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 in angel food pan or 2 loaf pans for 2 to 3 hours.
    Decorate the top with some fruit and bake until light brown.
