Microwave Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked, drained and cooled
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 bag large marshmallows
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Whip sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar and salt.
    Form into 1 1/2-inch balls around a marshmallow and roll in corn flakes.
    Arrange on a baking dish with small place between each ball.
    Cook, covered, on 80 percent power 1 1/2 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
