Poor Man'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced ham
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    1 medium pepper, cut in strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/3 c. chicken broth
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients in oil until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil, cover and simmer 40 minutes.
