Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    5 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Using mixer, beat Crisco and margarine together.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add egg yokes and vanilla and mix. Add flour and buttermilk alternately, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
    Mix well. Add pecans and coconut and fold into batter.
    Fold in beaten egg whites until white is gone.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9 inch pans at 350\u00b0 until done.
