Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick slices
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in milk.
Put bread sliced 1 1/2-inches thick in large bowl and pour mixture over it; let soak 15 minutes. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan, then arrange bread in it.
Pour the mixture over the bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar.
