Zucchini Lasagna Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. small curd cream-style cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella, divided
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium zucchini, unpeeled and sliced thin
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) can water
    sprinkle of garlic powder
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and crumble ground meat in skillet.
    Add onion and brown. Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Put cottage cheese in bottom, then layer with 1/2 of each cheese.
    Add herbs, paste, water and tomatoes to meat and heat.
    Spoon over cheese.
    Sprinkle half of remaining Mozzarella cheese, then top with zucchini.
