Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Melt stick of butter.
    Add sugar and egg; beat well.
    Stir in pecans, coconut, raisins and vinegar.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
