Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 lb. smoked sausage, diced
1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 small cans of diced tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
3 cans of chicken broth
salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste
1 can red beans
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and green pepper. Add chicken, sausage and shrimp. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
