Vermicelli And Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. coil vermicelli (12 oz.)
    1 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. shrimp, coarsely chopped
    4 stalks green onions, green and white chopped finely
    1 c. celery, chopped finely (optional)
    2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break the vermicelli into small pieces, about 2 inches long. Cook in boiling, salted water for about 10 minutes.
    Rinse in cold water; drain thoroughly.
    Combine with remaining ingredients Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
