Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can or bag sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 carrot, coarsely grated
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut, onion, carrot, celery and green pepper together. Mix sugar, salt, oil and vinegar together. Add to vegetables. Let stand overnight or longer. Refrigerate.
