Banana Split Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 bananas
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
1 medium jar cherries
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with cracker crumbs.
Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat 2 eggs, 1 stick of butter and powdered sugar for 15 minutes; spread this over cracker crumbs. Cover with layer of banana slices, then layer of drained pineapple.
Cover all of this with layer of Cool Whip.
Top with nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
