Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to boiling point in a large pan.
    Add sifted flour and beat quickly until smooth and won't stick to the spoon or pan.
    Cool slightly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly.
    Drop on buttered cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 until puffed, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and finish baking.
    They should be brown and slightly dry.
    When cold, fill with custard or whipped cream and sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
