Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar, half brown
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (12 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
    1 deep 9-inch pie shell or 2 shallow 9-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given, pour into pie crust or crusts.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes then 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean when inserted at center of filling, usually 30 minutes for small pie or 50 minutes for deep pie.
