Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
3/4 c. skim milk
1 large ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
Combine yogurt, milk, banana and vanilla; blend together just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
